Established as a family business since 1970, Chung Ku prides itself in quality Chinese food gained through many years of knowledge and experience.
Situated in Rainhill, our most popular dishes include Satay Chicken, Chung Ku Spare Ribs, Salt & Pepper Chicken, Salt & Pepper Sui Mai and Crispy Duck with Pancakes.
We also have two set menus to encourage our customers to try a variety of our dishes. We cater for vegetarians, with dishes including Deep Fried Tofu with Seasonal Vegetables, Cantonese Vegetable Spring Rolls and many more. Our main focus is to provide a high level of service excellence and food quality.
We are an established family business with many years of experience in Chinese cooking. Our chef's started their careers in Chinese restaurants ranging from Crawley to Childwall to Manchester and finally settling in Rainhill.
We believe strongly in providing the best for our customers and ensure that all our dishes are made from freshly prepared vegetables and in-house sauces that include fresh meat fully sourced, prepared and marinated using the finest ingredients and spices.
From time to time, our chef's research and invent new dishes to excite our customers taste buds. Refreshingly unique and tasty, these new dishes have not yet made it to the main menu.
